The NAPAHE Buddy Program pairs small groups of interested first-time conference attendees with an ambassador. The purpose of the Buddy Program is to assist first-time attendees with navigating the conference and expanding their network, sharing conference experiences, exchanging ideas, and having a point of contact throughout the conference.

The NAPAHE Buddy Program is strictly voluntary. First-time attendees may opt-in when completing their conference registration.

These meals are included with conference registration. Your responses help us plan for the appropriate number of people.

A variety of snacks, coffee, and refreshments will also be offered during breaks in the conference schedule. For other meals not included in registration, the resort property also offers multiple dine-in and to-go options for individual purchase.

In addition to all of the amazing on-site resort amenities, staying in NAPAHE's designated room block at El Conquistador Resort comes with an added perk: a complimentary $5 Uber Travel Voucher for use during the 2027 Annual Conference. We look forward to welcoming you to Tucson and making your conference experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible. Certain eligibility restrictions apply, including but not limited to: off-site accommodations, rooms booked outside NAPAHE's designated room block, or reservations made via third parties. Voucher information will be sent to eligible attendees around one week prior to the conference.
